Gerdo Germinaro serves the role of Insurance Specialist at Kaizen Financial Partners, where he proudly serves clients and assists with their insurance needs. Previous to Kaizen Financial Partners, Gerdo worked at Catholic Financial Life as a Field Coordinator in the home office from 2004 to 2020. He worked with a software vendor to develop software that illustrates Catholic Financial Life’s products and provide the necessary tools and training to Advisors and Brokers. Gerdo was also in charge of day-to-day operations of a fixed brokerage company, Catholic Brokerage Services Corporation (CBSC), where he supported and assisted Advisors, Brokers and Managers in sales situations. He worked with policyholders and consumers on product-related issues.
Gerdo holds licenses for Life & Health Insurance, FIC, LUTCF, as well as his Series 6 & 63 registrations. He is also an Agency Managers Training Course graduate.
When outside the office, Gerdo enjoys playing the drums, having fun in the sun, and spending time with family and friends.
